Cedar Springs Title was founded by people who built their careers in the title industry the cowboy way: with the grit to learn the craft from the ground up. Nothing compares to the experience of working through complicated abstracts, curative nightmares, and deals that other title companies turned away. Our founder brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in title evidence and abstracting, curative work, due diligence, and complex contract negotiations.
